Zola Richardson
FounderZola is a writer, narrative strategist, and founder of Yarrow. She has several years of experience in leading strategic communication campaigns, project management, and mobilizing community members for positive change. Zola works closely with leaders, artists, and organizers to get clear on the stories they are trying to tell and how to make said stories resonate. Through Yarrow, Zola is building a platform for thoughtful writing and cultural work, alongside a studio practice that supports creatives in developing their voice and shaping their practice.

Editor-in-ChiefAdrienne is a writer, mother, experienced comms professional, and advice columnist based in Minneapolis. She brings a passion for connecting people, a decade of writing experience, and a strategic and creative editorial eye to Yarrow. As an advice columnist she hopes to help readers build perspective, solve problems in ways that balance boundaries and relationships, and cackle a bit, of course. As Editor In Chief, she is committed to creating space for marginalized voices and helping contributors not only refine their work, but also broaden their reach.
